Attendee Information
Registration for attendees opens Sept. 8.
Venue
All meetings and events will be at the Central Bank Center, 430 W. Vine St., Lexington, KY 40507.
Registration
Each registered attendee has access to all general and breakout sessions and the exhibit hall.
Registration includes admission to the following:
- Reception on Wednesday, Nov. 18
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner on Thursday, Nov. 19
- Breakfast on Friday, Nov. 20
Spouse
Each registered attendee is permitted to register their spouse at no extra cost. Spouses must be registered and wear a name badge to attend events and meals.
Conference attire
The dress code is business casual. As the temperature in meeting rooms may vary, we recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket and comfortable shoes for walking exhibit hall, sessions, and activities.
Parking
Hotel rates include free parking and wi-fi for registered guests.
Cancellation
KACo will issue a refund of registration fees two weeks prior to the scheduled conference.
Training Credit
12 hours of HB 810 training credit will be requested.

Rooms are available at the Hyatt Regency and Hilton Lexington/Downtown Hotel.
